3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability as provided through the Bókun system
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation notice

3.2 Pricing

• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise
• Prices and availability may change at any time before confirmation

3.3 Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Bókun or its authorized payment providers
• We do not store full payment card details

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies vary by tour or activity provider
• The applicable policy will be displayed during the booking process
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider’s terms via Bókun
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows unless explicitly stated

5. Tour & Activity Providers

• Tours and activities are operated by independent third-party providers
• We do not control or operate the tours listed on our platform
• Providers are solely responsible for the delivery, safety, and quality of their services

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and booking information
• Follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and local laws during activities
• Arrive on time and prepared for booked experiences

Failure to comply may result in denial of service without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
